Delivery
Congratulations on selecting a great wine and thank you for supporting us and the wineries in New Zealand.
Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to order wine directly from the winery's cellars and have it delivered to your door within days.
After making an order, Chatto Creek Wines contact you via email and confirm your order. If there is any error in the confirmation please contact us immediately. We will then keep you informed via email regarding your delivery status.
We will dispatch all orders within 2 days of purchase and complete deliveries anywhere in New Zealand. Some areas are more remote than others and their delivery times may vary. Unfortunately the unforeseen can happen, if there is any delay in your delivery we will contact you immediately.
Our delivery team will not complete a delivery if the wine is damaged. When accepting a delivery if there is any damage to your wine please reject the delivery and we will arrange another.
If you have requested that a delivery be left at a secure location while you are not at the delivery location you do this at your own risk of damage and/or loss after delivery. We recommend that you consider where you want the delivery made to and that someone is available to accept the delivery.
Deliveries are restricted to New Zealand. Unfortunately we have had to further restrict deliveries to exclude some postal codes. (
No deliveries can be made on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day; or at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am on the next day.
Proff of age may be required - the purchaser and recipient must be 18 years or older.
